We found this company to make an outdoor slate door for our yard, with safety and appearance being our top priorities. I asked for a keyless lock, ideally electronic, but Wayne said it wasn’t possible and recommended a latch lock. We still preferred a keyless option and eventually, Wayne agreed to install a Brog lock, but at $550+, much more expensive than Bunnings. I was okay with the price if it meant better security. When the door was installed, I realized the lock with short handle pinched my hand, However we managed to replace a long handle ourselves, so I let it go. But, after using the door for two months, we found it was not secure at all. There was a large gap with no seal, Which it should need to put a door gap blocking metal on but it doesn't install. meaning the lock could easily be bypassed—completely unsafe! I tried to contact Wayne for help, even offering to install the seal myself if he could just advise on the materials, but he never responded. No calls, no texts, no after-sales service. Very disappointing. I trusted him with the security of my home, but now our door is basically useless. I feel like Wayne treated me as a fool, it is like if you don't listen to use latch lock and this is what will be happen. He is more like giving me a lesson rather than gives me good solutions！ Go find someone else who with more care and responsibility.
